We are broken hearted to share that our beloved and fearless owner, Melissa LeBaron, crossed over to eternity, Thursday, September 19th.

Effective Sunday, September 22, Knockout will be closed until further notice while the family sorts through the affairs.

You were so dearly loved by her.

Kaila has a background in spin, yoga, and boxing (as well as a PhD in neuroscience!) and is ready to bring the 🔥 to the heavy bags. She may look familiar to you - she’s a veteran of the Austin fitness world, and has been a local Lululemon brand ambassador as well as regularly leading community events and classes around town.

WE’RE HIRING FRONT DESK STAFF - 2 POSITIONS AVAILABLE!

- Must be able to work a minimum of 3 shifts a week. Approximately 10-15 hours.

- Shift times are Monday- Friday 7am-10am, Noon, and evenings 5pm-8pm. Weekend shifts are 9:30-1:30.

- We prefer to hire someone who has already been to Knockout and is familiar with our classes and vibe as a studio.

- Pay is $15/hour

- Perfect job for someone in school looking for a fun job and free Knockout classes!

🚨 The time has come - Dr. Coach Kylee is heading east for her new job as a postdoctoral fellow at Virginia Tech. We will all miss her but are so excited for her next big adventure!

Her last classes will be Thursday, Sept 5th at 530/630p with a celebratory happy hour to follow.

Let’s show her how much the Knockout family loves her, fill up her classes, and celebrate her with a proper Knockout farewell. 💥
