What does your social grid say about you?
Family has always been a large part of my brand and something I always shared as part of my social and brand strategy.
I will always remember being an agent and working with families who were coming out of the city to move to the suburbs for school and space for their kids. The reality was that most buyers were finding me online or through a referral...and there was a common sentiment they all shared with me, our family life. Looking at my social media made them feel comfortable working with me before they ever met from what I posted, paired with the reviews they found.
Your personal brand is something that should be curated, purposeful, and help people know WHO you are, not just what you do.
So does your social grid and brand align with who you are while also sharing what you do?

Not every real estate or business coaching is equal. In fact some are a complete waste of money...
The problem with many of todayβs coaches and programs is that they are focused on mindsets, motivation and emotions, and not on implementing proven best-practice systems, strategies and action steps that will actually grow your business.
So many coaching programs out there are invested in trying to motivate and spend time discussing feelings. Rather than focusing on what will really help a business scale β like developing, marketing and selling β too many coaching programs have essentially become quasi-therapy sessions.
While there can be value in this, it's not what real estate or business coaching should be about. Coaching is about helping business owners grow their business by discovering breakthroughs and implementing proven best-practice systems and processes...many of which are often too complex and difficult to implement without proper coaching.
I'm proud to have built Chirag Shah Coaching with these principles in mind: our coaching programs are built around proven systems and processes that help agents scale and grow their business.
