As Spring turns toward Summer, I’ve been reflecting on why I continue to share Yoga Nidra and sound healing teachings in the first place.
And the answer is simple:
Because they help people.
After completing another year of Yoga Nidra Teacher Training, I’m emerging from that beautiful cocoon of practice and mentorship feeling more clear than ever about what matters most: creating offerings with integrity that are spacious, grounded, healing, and deeply human.
I’ve said no to rushing these teachings into a weekend training.
No to opportunities that didn’t feel aligned.
And those “No’s” created space for bigger YESes:

The Atma Buti Level 1 Singing Bowl Therapy Training is an invitation to step into that power, gently, skillfully, and grounded in Nepalese tradition.

The world is a lot right now. There are so many ways we’re asked to keep going as our hearts are being pulled in different directions.
Practices like yoga nidra and sound healing remind me that rest isn’t something we have to earn, it’s foundational to being human. It's life giving, and vital to being able to be responsive and helpful in a turbulent world. And you don't have to do it alone!
Join me for two simple ways to pause and reconnect this week.
Monthly Community Yoga Nidra — Tomorrow 3/8
Once a month we gather for a community yoga nidra practice. It’s a space to lie down, soften, and let your nervous system unwind. Just bring yourself and a willingness to rest.
These gatherings are always incredibly sweet and nourishing. There’s something really special about sharing this quiet practice together, and tea and snacks afterwards.
I'd love to see you! There are still a few in person spots left for tomorrow, and you can also join online.

Restore + Sound — Wednesdays 7–8pm
I’m also loving teaching a public weekly class again!
This class blends restorative yoga with sound healing to help you slow down midweek. We’ll settle into supported restorative postures while being immersed in the calming vibrations of Himalayan singing bowls and other instruments.
It’s deeply restful and a beautiful way to reset your nervous system.
Rest is powerful medicine, and it’s even better when we don’t do it alone.

Not every training is meant for everyone!
This Yoga Nidra Teacher Training is for those who want to rest deeply, learn slowly, and teach from embodied wisdom.
It’s for you if you’re drawn to guiding from presence (not scripts), curious about different lineages of Yoga Nidra, and longing for a practice that nourishes you too.
And you don't have to want to teach Yoga Nidra. This training is first and foremost a training for you to rest into your own experience. From there you can decide if you want to share it with others.
This training is not for you if you’re seeking a fast certification, want to bypass personal practice, or aren’t ready to slow down and listen inward. This is a training that will give you all the tools you need to teach, but more than that, it is a supportive mentorship. We are not meant to explore these realms of consciousness alone.
If this feels like a soft landing your nervous system has been waiting for, you’re warmly welcome here. ❤
