Two more chances this month! Join me tomorrow at noon for a sound bath in a salt room. It’s an intimate setting that holds space for three to five people.
is a beautiful and serene setting for relaxation and healing. Sessions are available for sliding scale rates from $35-$55. The sound bath is 45 minutes, and you have the option to add salt therapy - pharmaceutical grade salt pumped into the air - for 15 minutes at the end, nourishing for your lungs, your skin, and your overall wellbeing.

Dear friends, I would love for you to join me in my Making Magic in the New Year workshop. I find it hard sometimes to pull myself away from the screen, doom scrolling through images of our world burning down and memes that divide us further based on our political viewpoints. This is not a suggestion to ignore important events impacting our world, but it’s a suggestion to make space to explore the magic that exists within the chaos. Do you ever slow down and intentionally feel your heart beating? Do you sit with your breath in awe of the power of your lungs? Have you marveled at the shifting of energy through sound waves or even your own thoughts? In this workshop, we will make space for the beauty of that magic, which will help you find clarity for what you need in the moment. Maybe it’s a plan to take action, maybe it’s space for nourishment and renewal so you will be present when action is required. Return home to your body and your breath, and make space for magic with me. I will provide an all levels yoga practice, followed by a nourishing sound bath and white light meditation. I will also work with Reiki energy throughout the practice. This workshop will help you access the magic that exists within you and beyond.

Hey there - For those of you who don’t know me personally, I’m Jessica, the owner and founder of Violet Crown Yoga in Austin, Texas. I’ve been teaching yoga for 13 years, which has been quite an evolutionary journey. I don’t own a public studio, but I offer private yoga lessons, sound healing, and energy work, and you’ll find me teaching public classes at different studios around town. 

You may or may not know that, since the pandemic, I’ve slowed down a bit in my yoga offerings and embarked on a new line of work doing personal organizing in homes and businesses. I found a love of this satisfying work, as it aligns with my education in library science. I also recognize how much it aligns with my work as a yoga teacher and energy worker. Through our yoga practice we can find a sense of energetic awareness and clarity in our minds and bodies, which allows for more effective communication and enlightened living. Similarly, organization of your physical space also makes space for clarity in your mind, leading to more effective communication and an enlightened lifestyle. 
Do I live a perfectly organized life? Not at all! It’s a constant work in progress, and I live in a too small house, with too many children (both of which I love very much!). I’ve learned that you can make small changes to create sacred space in your home, which can lead to a dramatic energetic shift in your life. 

So my offer to you is to help you with small organization projects and/or creating areas of sacred space in your home or business to help you find clarity in life. I also provide home blessings with a singing bowl ceremony and energy work, and of course, I will always be here to help you find clarity in your mind and body through the practice of yoga.
