In Memoriam: Mary Boles Blitch
Such a plucky, fun person to have in the studio. In her 80's, she was eager to stay in shape and had great coordination and strength for her age. I will miss her and her lively stories so much!
Very glad to have one of her daughters, Mindy Vescovo and occasionally her granddaughters Emma Vescovo and Olivia Vescovo in the practice to carry on the family fitness tradition.

All my training is Zoom-based now. I'm very happy that almost all my peeps have adopted this stay-at-home method of keeping up their fitness program.
We are working with equipment from my gym that I have lent out to folks, as well as some kick a** elastic band workouts.
And I get to purchase some Apple Airbuds Pro! Can't wait til they get here!
