Here’s what I’d do ⤵️ if I had high cholesterol,

When estrogen declines, you lose its protective effects on lipid metabolism. Your body stops regulating cholesterol the way it used to. LDL rises & HDL drops.

And your doctor hands you a statin without ever asking about your hormones.

Here’s what I do instead with my clients.

1️⃣Run labs. Not just cholesterol…I want to see the full picture. Estrogen, T3, rT3, TSH, ferritin, A1c, insulin - all the markers that would otherwise require referrals (and battles in self-advocacy in my experience) to endocrinologist, OBGYN, etc.
2️⃣Supplement strategically. Fish oil at the right dose (most people are just taking pills of oil and not getting the proper doses of EPA + DHA). Niacin (beware the flush). Red yeast rice for natural LDL support. CoQ10 if you’re on or considering a statin. Psyllium husk for fiber (add extra water and go slow). Aged garlic extract for lipids + microbiome.

Supplements only work if you know what you’re actually dealing with.

✅Get your labs done.
✅Know your numbers.
✅Then the supplements become targeted, not another trial that end in the back of your cupboard 3/4 full.

Here’s How ⬇️

TLDR; I’m hosting a FREE live workshop on Tuesday ➡️

comment MAY12 (no spaces) and learn the exact method, step by step to eating more calories - so you can support your hormones & get rid of inflammation & bloat

Women who lift 3-4x/week and get 8-10k steps need upwards of 2300-3000 calories for optimal gut/hormone health.

1 in 2 exercising women are under-eating and 1 in 3 lose their cycle for more than 3 months.

Underrating is not only slowing their progress, but also slowing their metabolism.

If you think you have a slow metabolism, or deal with gut/hormone issues…

I’m breaking down how to eat more calories and lose weight step by step on Tuesday next week at 12 CST

“puffy” - what does it realllyyy mean?

having an eye for subtle changes gives me visual confirmation of what’s happening on the inside

and helps me cheer you on so you not only feel the progress

but see it too!

because sometimes the scale won’t move or you feel stuck

when really - the photos say otherwise!

change can happen FAST for our clients because of the 3 phase blueprint we use.
