Do you need to prioritize your kids nutrition? School is starting up again and let’s just admit it… it’s HECTIC!
Simple breakfast brain food for kiddos:
•Bread/English muffin with nut butter and sliced fruit
•Bagel with avocado and hard boiled eggs
•Yogurt, fruit and granola
•Protein pancakes with peanut butter and jam
•Smoothie
The options are endless, if your kids love cereal like mine integrate on occasion and make sure you buy organic! Our kids are in school for 7 hours they don’t need the S.A.D (standard American diet) they need BRAIN POWER FOOD!

When it’s snack time at our home in the summer ! FRUIT FRUIT AND MORE FRUITS!
Summer snacking hack:
~Keep grapes, cherries, mandarin on the counter for easy access when the kids are hungry they can just grab it. Makes it simpler to make better decision.
~it is getting hotter make sure your kids (and you) get enough water daily. Start with a water in the morning and before every meal.
~Bake healthy muffins, cookies and Francois bars or energy balls. Quick nutritious snacks for the family to have daily!

Health coaching session 💜🔥
A health coach is a friend, a guide, someone to educate and support YOU on YOUR journey to being healthy and happy. Healthy weight loss is the name of the game for this breast feeding mother. So what did we do? I provided a very structure daily meal plan customized to this mama, she is very busy so I outsource meal prep by a fabulous chef. Twice a month we get together and prepare. Preparation is key.... so what do we do during this prep session, we went over the meal plan, we roasted her veggies, prepared all the snacks, chick pea tacos, vegan banana bread and peanut banana muffins. When you are prepared, and put in the work daily success is inevitable 🙏🏾

Why is it important to eat seasonally?
It has more nutrients!
Many nutrients in your produce will decline over time. By eating seasonal foods you are more likely to get the full nutritional benefits from said food. Seasonal food will often appear much brighter and plump than non-seasonal.
How does eating seasonally help the environment?
Choosing local and seasonal means you are more likely to get cleaner produce. Supporting the Environment - Eating with the seasons and buying local helps to support the environment because it reduces the number of miles your food has to travel before it reaches your plate. This in turn helps to reduces pollution.

Are you on the journey to find yourself? This book is setting into place all of the changes I knew I needed. The past 4 years I have plunged myself into more self discovery, self awareness, more personal growth, more expansion, more growing/learning so I can embody what I want to bring into the world.
Life is hard AF, we judge, we talk s**t about all the things we would never allow, do or accept until they are knocking on your down and in your living room and you need to accept/ realize and decide how your story is going to go.
We get to live O N E life.
Can we decide to picture the truest, most beautiful and authentic version of that life and keep loving that vision every single day ?
Can we instead of avoiding our pain and suffering- blocking it with more work, more people, more alcohol, more vacations, more schooling.... can we just sit in it... can we really feel it and can we allow ourselves to grow from the pain?
What is your truest most beautiful version of your life? And what are you willing to grow through and move through to be there? Because it will require massive growth and uncomfortable expansion 🙏🏾 Lean TF in
