Sharing my first physique update of the season! We still have months left to improve on top of this before stepping on stage for the first time as an IFBB Pro. I am so excited to see how much better I can get and then continue on top of that.

It’s exciting to think about how this really is just a beginning and there is still so much more left to achieve.

My girl Jessica 🤍

The left is the first check in photos she has ever sent me and the right is fasted this morning. She is flat on the right which is exactly where we want her right now.

The time between these two photos is just under a year, which is truthfully a short amount of time for what we have been able to accomplish here. To get to this point, our main focuses were:
-Improved blood panels
-maintained healthy levels for a good deal of time before going into a deficit
-embraced the growing phase & gaining weight to put on lean tissue to create more balance within her shape

She will be hitting the stage soon for our first show together with some major improvements from her last showing. I am not only excited to get her on stage, but this also sets us up to make some great strides in the coming reverse. We are both very excited for what’s to come.

So proud of you Jessica! Best is yet to come 🚀

24 week “off” season transformation for bikini athlete .mik

I won’t say much here as I think her improvements thus far speak for themselves.

Since starting together, we have been focusing on improving balance from top to bottom and Jessica has done a stellar job at getting “comfortable being uncomfortable” to make that happen.

We still have some building to do and improvements to make before we pull the trigger and hit the stage for our first season together. I am looking forward to what we are able to accomplish 😈💪🏼

1 week difference here and HUGE posing updates with client & 1st time competitor .

I threw a lot of updates at her last week in regards to posing. Some basic and also some very small details. Typically I wouldn’t throw this much at a client all at once as it can often be info overload, but her ability to take direction is impeccable. She NAILED this.

Her shape immediately is accentuated and X frame really pops from the back now.

I look forward to working together and creating her routine to incorporate these updates in motion.

Training and nutrition wise, we are making progress week to week to get her on stage in the future. I’d like to note, her plan does not change much from week to week…let this be a lesson that you do not always need an update to your plan every week to make progress.

Katelyn is progressing very quickly and this is due to many reasons. It starts with the interest she has in the sport in general - she takes the time on her own to study the sport which is something many do not do. Her ability to take direction and quickly implement, focus on the right things, surrendering to the process and daily improvement is excellent.

Very proud of this girl, excited to get you on that stage here in the near future…

Lifestyle transformation for client . On the right she is sitting at 149lbs and on the left she is sitting around 143lbs.

When Janzten came to me, she was looking to “lean out” and build a curvier shape with more glutes and a flatter stomach. She was already training about 4-5 days per week and tracking her macros but was frustrated with the scale not moving and was no longer seeing her body change.

After our initial consult, we were no longer placing such significant emphasis on the scale, but focusing on improving other biomarkers, primarily digestion and inflammation. We decreased her cardio and increased food intake and immediately started seeing improvements in not only her physique, but her energy and strength.

We are now moving into a growth phase to increase her ratios on an already incredible shape.

Jantzen continues to impress me from week to week and I look forward to seeing her progress over the upcoming months.
