Herbs have many applications beyond spice and flavor and I’ve always been intrigued to learn more. These women’s wellness liquid drops have made it easy for me to take my daily tincture in just water (no taste when diluted!) I received this product for free from MaryRuth's and I’m happy to say I have noticed my mood being lighter and brighter and my cycle is starting to seem more regulated (this is my anecdotal experience) So far so good with the herbs 😎

No fancy vegan recipes today, but this pan from has really *spiced* up my kitchen🌶
I like that I can use it at high heat and not worry about destroying a nonstick layer. I can also make refried beans and use my metal masher because this pan won’t scratch baby!
2nd breakfast today is tempeh, small potatoes, onion, garlic, & taco seasoning.

Chocolate truffles with a secret ingredient 🤫
In a food processor:
3/4 cup cooked chickpeas
1/4 cup runny tahini
2 tbs agave or maple syrup
1/4 cup melted chocolate chips + more for drizzling
Dash of salt
Process until creamy. Scoop onto a nonstick tray or mini muffin tin. Drizzle with melted chocolate, then freeze! They have the creamiest truffle texture. I love that these are mostly chickpeas but they still taste decadent🔥
