There is no Wed. Prenatal Yoga class tonight, 8/30.

The Wed. class will resume next week 9/6 at 6:15pm at the new hOMe studio.

All classes are held at the hOME studio except the Sunday class is held at Shirley McPhail School of Dance.

Saturdays 11:15am in north Austin.

Starting Sept. 9.

Merry Christmas 🎄 Holidays are hard, complex, and weird. Let’s not pretend.

And, let’s allow ourselves to hold space for the good, some hope, strength, forgiveness, and resilience along side any grief, pain, regret, disappointment, expectations, messiness that this time of year can bring to the surface.

No matter what your family looks like or isn’t what you thought it would be, I hope you know you are part of the human family and belong. You are important and loved.

I became a dog mom on the Full Moon Eclipse 11/8!!!

Meet Juliet Autumn ❤️🍂

She is a 3yo dachshund. Very sweet, smart, energetic, and cuddly. We are excited and in love!

Will she be a yoga dog and/or astrology dog? 🧘🏻‍♂️🌙🪐

It does feel like bringing home a new baby, being vulnerable, getting to know and learn about a new being, buying new things for her and the home, not knowing what I’m doing, yet being open and receiving help/tips from so many loving, kind dog ppl.

Getting Juliet was all so “sudden” and expected (Uranus involved in this lunation), and Not, bc this doggie energy had been percolating and culminating in me, the home, and in the field of potentiality for the past two months. We are happy Juliet is home and hope she can start to settle in and relax after the upheaval she’s been through recently.
