“Alison” came to me a couple of months ago desperately wanting to make a change after a tough break up

She had let things slip throughout the course of their relationship, then really went downhill for a few months after their split

I’ve truly been impressed by her resolve from day 1, and her labor is bearing fruit! After 2 months, she’s ahead of pace to hit her goal and is getting compliments from her family around holidays on how good she looks 🙌

Best of all, she loves the food on her meal plans and has begun to crave the gym! Making it easy to stick with. Then we text every day to make sure she stays accountable

Fool-proof formula

Getting these texts are an awesome Christmas gift for me as well

I hope everyone is gearing up for a great 2025 and preparing to make it their best year yet!

❗️ I’m looking for 5 GUYS looking to get and stay in the best shape of their lives in the next year. Truly make a permanent change ❗️

Momentum is a powerful thing…and that can either be a positive or a negative.

Lots of folks out off their new health regimen until AFTER the holidays (New Years Resolutions)

But this isn’t wise. It’s always better to start now…ESPECIALLY during the holidays

You might be traveling more, hosting, drinking, eating sweets and food you normally wouldn’t…. All things that can make it harder to keep yourself in shape.

So ask yourself: “am I really gonna be MORE likely to succeed or LESS likely if I enter the new year with zero positive momentum?”

Less likely…of course

Your body doesn’t know what the date is. There’s no magical switch you can flip on January 1st that gives you newfound habits and discipline

That’s a lie people tell themselves to procrastinate and give themselves an excuse to not take action

There’s a reason the gym typically fill out for the first few weeks of January, then go back to normal shortly afterwards

Whereas the same people who were there every day before will be the ones who are STILL there after…

You can choose to be the former or the latter right now

no one you see who’s in phenomenal shape is inconsistent. The sooner you can become that consistent person is the sooner you’ll be able to reach your goals.

But in order to breakdown every excuse imaginable, I’m offering up an additional month of coaching for no extra charge to anyone who signs up before January 1st

I want to reward the action takers…

Plus the investment will be going up in the New Year’s anyways

Comment on this post or send me a DM and I’ll walk you through the process so you can make a confident decision either way

To your success 🎉🥳💪….

Ever wonder why some folks struggle to hit their goals while others seemingly hit them with ease?

There are 2 simple reasons behind these struggles…

1. There’s a lack of know-how. There are some universal truths when it comes to fitness, but there are also nuances specific to each person. Without nailing these down for yourself, you won’t maximize your results.

2. But more often than not, it comes down to forming a new identity. One of a disciplined, dedicated individual who loves the work! This shift really can happen (I’ve seen it countless times). Wherever your starting point is now, trust me when I say I’ve seen someone in the same spot, if not worse, completely transform their minds and their bodies

Simple doesn’t always mean easy, and this will take some work.

But everyone reading this is 100% capable of overcoming these 2 pitfalls and FINALLY breaking through.

If you want some inspiration, comment below and I’ll send over some success stories from folks who have made these transformations and wanted to share how they did it

To your success…

There’s nothing sexier than consistency

With all the noise and information out there about lose fat, gain muscle, and be in better shape it can be difficult to sift through it to figure out what’ll actually work for you

I boil it down to a 2 step system:

1. Find a process that works
2. Do it consistently until you reach your goal

While it’s extremely simple, that doesn’t mean that it’s easy

Figuring out exactly how you’re going to lose fat in a healthy isn’t always obvious, at least when you do it the right way

Whenever someone signs up with me I take their goal, needs, and preferences, then reverse engineer from there to give them the easiest path possible to their ultimate goal

Having a sustainable process ALLOWS you to be consistent much easier

One “cheat meal” or missed workout doesn’t move the needle…Consistent effort over an extended period of time does

Consistency beats keto, paleo, intermittent fasting, etc….

None of those would be effective without being done consistently anyways

It’s not the most exciting answer, but it’s the only one that always works 😅

Keep it simple

With so much information out there about fitness & nutrition, it’s VERY easy to get confused and overwhelmed about what the right thing to do is

For example…depending on which YouTube video you watch, you can be told that ONLY eating vegetables or ONLY eating red meat is the best thing for you 🤔. If you hear experts advocate for each of these, it’s nearly impossible to sift through and determine what you should be doing

These are just the two most extreme examples, but there are countless types of diets, workout plans, and programs out there that it’s almost impossible to pick which one is best for you

That’s why I’ve found keeping things simple and cutting through all the noise is the best path to success

The truth is that if you understand a few key principles then execute on them, you can get & stay fit forever WITHOUT doing anything extreme or making yourself miserable in the process

I’ve narrowed this down into 3 main components for ya:

1. Find out how many calories your body needs. Once you hone in on that, you can fill your diet with foods you actually enjoy while reaching whatever goal you may have

2. Create workout regimen you can stick with. As long as you have something in place that challenges your body in the right way and follow it consistently, you’ll be doing more than enough

3. Actually do it. This third part is both the most obvious but also the most difficult! Find some way to make sure you follow through and sustain your regimen long enough to reach your goal. Discipline is a muscle that can be worked just like any other. Whether it’s creating a daily routine you stick to religiously, getting an accountability partner you trust, or hiring a coach, find some method of staying diligent!

While these 3 pillars might be simple, executing on them is much easier said than done. If it was easy, we’d all look like fitness models and live to 100

The good news is that once you do the work to master these 3 concepts, you’ve cracked the code! In my experience helping 1,000+ clients do just this, maintaining is a whole lot easier than building these habits.

Now that you have the formula, let’s get it done!

‼️ 5 Truths you won’t hear from the fitness industry ‼️

1. You can workout how you want
2. You can eat your favorite foods
3. You don’t need to be perfect
4. You can keep it simple
5. You can do it on your own!

A big reason most people don’t reach their goals is they wear themselves out thinking they need to be super regimented and do everything “right”.

The truth is there are lots of ways to reach your end goal, so you’ll be way better off getting there in the way you want.

Plus, if you enjoy your regimen you’ll be way more likely to maintain it

Enjoy the ride!

A neuroscientist Antonio Damasio made a groundbreaking discovery.

While studying people who had damage to the part of their brain that generated emotions…

He noticed they all seemed normal Except for one big thing…

They couldn't make decisions.

While they could describe what they "should do" logically…

They couldn't even make simple decisions.

Consider this for a moment…

Have you ever sat there and logically known exactly what to do, but couldn’t get yourself to do it?

“I should go to the gym instead of binge-watching Netflix for hours. I know it will be better for me. I know I’m going to regret it if I don’t. I know I’ll feel amazing as soon as I do it. I know… I know… I know…”

The thing is, There’s nothing wrong with you if you know better but struggle to do better.

Because according to the research, we ALL make emotional decisions.

If you can't get yourself to do things you know you "should" do…

You need to get your psychology working for you instead of against you.

You need to tap into your emotions as fuel.

Let me ask you… if every time you skipped a workout You had to pay someone $5,000… Would you ever miss a workout?

Or if you had to run around a mall wearing a tutu while your friends record it and post it on social media…Would you ever miss a workout?

The point is…When your emotions are involved, whether it’s avoiding pain or gaining pleasure...You’ll get yourself to act.

Which is why many people hire someone to help them to reach their fitness goals ;)

Not just to tell them more of what they “should” do...

Instead, they realize The more you invest your time and money, The more you answer to someone who’s keeping you accountable, And the more you’re praised and recognized for your massive success…

The more you’ll find yourself bursting with desire to crush your goals.

And this time it’s a ‘real’ desire that actually propels you to take action.

Obviously, this means a person has to truly be committed to making a change.

And if you’re ready to make a change you’ll follow through on...

My current clients might be mad at me for this 🙈, but I know 2020 was a rough one for many & I want to help get 2021 off to a better start

If you want to learn how to PERMANENTLY solve your health issues (whatever that may be) & maintain your results with ease, I’d start by following the link below to learn more about how I do this
