After 20 years of yo-yo dieting and 4 babies, I finally figured it out.

I’m stronger, happier, and 80+ pounds lighter…not because of a magic pill, but because I changed my approach.

Here are the 5 things that changed everything for me 👇

1️⃣ Started eating ENOUGH (not restricting)
2️⃣ Started strength training (not hours of cardio)
3️⃣ Ate whole foods without cutting out carbs
4️⃣ Focused on how I FELT, not just the scale
5️⃣ Gave myself permission to be imperfect

No quick fixes. No restriction. Just real food, real life, and real results.

✨ If you’ve been stuck in the yo-yo cycle, this is your sign to try something different.

Your cravings aren’t the problem.

Not knowing what they mean is.

✨Save this for the next time a craving hits.✨

In perimenopause your hormones are shifting, and they affect your hunger, your appetite, and what your body screams for at 3pm and 10pm.

That’s not weakness. That’s biology.

Here’s what to reach for next time:

SWEET — Greek yogurt with berries, a protein shake with cocoa, or a Medjool date with almond butter

SALTY — Dill pickles, deli turkey rolled up, or edamame with sea salt

CRUNCHY — Cucumbers with everything bagel seasoning, rice cakes with cottage cheese, or carrots with hummus

CHOCOLATE — A square of dark chocolate, a chocolate protein shake, or chocolate chia pudding

CARBS — Rice with butter and salt, a sweet potato with cinnamon, or a banana with almond butter

COMFORT — Bone broth, oatmeal with cinnamon and honey, or avocado toast

LATE NIGHT — Cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, or a small protein shake

SAVE THIS for the next time a craving hits.

The goal isn’t perfection. It’s understanding what your body is actually asking for.

We don’t take care of our health and nutrition for the good days.

We take care of it for the days when we can’t.

That’s what consistency actually buys you.

A foundation that stays standing when life falls apart. Permission to have the hard days, the fun nights, the emergencies, and the “ish” moments — without losing everything you’ve built.

You don’t lose progress because you had pizza and ice cream.

You lose progress because you let it turn into a week of guilt and “starting over Monday.”

That’s the real problem. And it’s completely fixable.

Comment “GUIDE” below and I’ll send you my free Perimenopause Weight Loss Reset — it’s where we start building the kind of consistency that holds up in real life.

Did you know I didn’t start weight lifting until I had 3 kids and was 32? I always avoided it, thinking it was just for men, and I wasn’t strong enough. I might get myself hurt.

One day, I decided to give it a try, and I absolutely fell in love with it.

I learned I could lift weights, get stronger, grow muscles, feel accomplished AND I could eat more because of it. All because I was using my body like the machine it is.

Plus it meant I didn’t have to do cardio for exercise because I really didn’t like running.

Weight lifting has been a big win for me in my journey, and it’s why I focus on teaching my coaching clients how to get started with weight lifting, too.

If you’ve been stuck in the yo-yo cycle and want someone to actually build this with you, comment CALL below and I’ll send you everything you need to book a free session with me directly.
