Here's a "little" sneak peak of our new gym. HIT Athletic coming Fall 2019! 25K sq/ft adult & youth facilities

Our TEMPORARY Gym is up and running starting Tuesday, May 28th! It is NOT the new gym, it is not fancy by any means and is very limited! However, it is in the same building, great location w/ amazing workouts w/ our friends!!!

We are ready to get our workouts on! Below is our schedule for this week (May 28-31, Tuesday-Friday). We will make some adjustments for future weeks as we get feedback from all of you this week. Two of the biggest things we need to hear back from you are:
1. Do you want a mid-morning class? Somewhere between 8am-10am.
2. What late afternoon time works better for most people, 5pm OR 5:30pm?
Class Descriptions and Times (THIS WEEK):
Tuesday 12pm: TABATA (20 seconds all out exercises, 10 seconds rest)
Tuesday 5:30pm: GRIND
Wednesday 12pm: GRIND
Wednesday 5:30pm: SPORTS CON
Thursday 12pm: SPORTS CON
Thursday 5:30pm: TRIPLE B's (bikes, bells, balls - will mix in dumbbells, kettle bells, med balls, slam balls all with higher reps)
Friday 12pm: HIIT CIRCUIT
Start date - Tuesday, May 28th
Rate - $85/month paid at beginning of month - June (REST OF MAY IS FREE)
Location - 7719 Burnet Rd Austin, TX 78757
We will need everyone to sign a waiver before they can start taking a class. Message or email Eddie or myself and we will email you the waiver so you can sign prior to arriving OR you can sign one onsite when you arrive. Please note, you will not be allowed to take any classes if we do not have a waiver on file. We are happy to answer any questions you may have!
