I’m struggling to find the words to sum up the past 11 years with you Paige.
You’ve provided me with so many memorable moments and brought so much joy to so many people’s lives.

As I’ve gotten older, training for events like this has become a balancing act — pushing my body right up to the limit without going too far and risking injury.
If I can show up healthy, half the battle is already won. For DEKA Fit, I felt great — so no excuses there.
We captured some incredible footage of me going through the full event, and Bigtime Fitness Episode 2 will be all about breaking it down: which stations were easier than expected, which ones pushed me harder, and what I’ll change in my training before tackling DEKA Fit again next May here in Austin.
Now it’s on to the next challenge.

I don’t have easy access to a skierg or rowing machine, but the heavy jump rope and sandbell slam will work for now replicating those .fit stations.
