I’m grateful for the way this makes me feel. It’s not just about looking good and having the muscles. It is about being able to be the best version of myself everyday. To have the empowerment to be a great mom, wife, friend and business owner. I love that I’m in this season but if I didn’t move my body the way that I do with this training, I wouldn’t be who I am right now. What do you think?
