The annual fundraising effort known as "40 Hours for the Forty Acres" is underway at UT, and this provides a unique opportunity to support the UT Sailing Team and gain matching funds. The team is raising funds to support their Nationals trip, and other expenses. It's only 40 hours of fundraising - ending tomorrow 5/8 at 10PM, so act quickly if you can!

Today was Opening Day at AYC, and the start of our spring series racing. We have a fantastic community of volunteers that helped with brunch, ceremonies, and everything else. It was a great day!

It was a full house for the ‘We’d rather not sail today’ End of Series dinner and awards party! Thanks to the Ensign fleet for the chili dinner, and thanks to everyone who came out to celebrate the winners!

Round-the-Bend & MultiFest Regatta has been rescheduled to November 16 & 17!

The Monohull Fleet will only race on Saturday Nov 16, the Multihulls will race both Saturday Nov 16 and Sunday Nov 17. There will also be a chili cook-off!

AYC Centerboard Regatta participants, Wow! We have 79 boats registered for this weekend’s event. If at all possible, I recommend that members who will be racing please position your boat where you want to be prior to Saturday morning to avoid congestion on the point. We will be limiting car parking on the point on Saturday. Also, please be patient and courteous to your fellow competitors as everyone navigates the busy launch and retrieval area.
