Coaches!! Would love to see yall integrate this into your team’s conditioning!! Taking conditioning to the next level 💪🏽
How to set it up:
🔹 Groups of 3: each group has their own exercise while one person is running.
🔹group 1: Volleyburn: Side shuffles rolling the ball with 2 hands to the net & back —> sprint down and back
🔹group 2: holding a plank & hold ball when sprinter transitions from volleyburn to sprint
🔹group 3: wall sit as an active rest
All 3 players need to finish 2 sets of each exercise (rotating after each completed Volleyburn) in under 1 minute & 20 seconds. If they make it, perfect, lower the time each round!

Let’s talk about volleyball rotations!!
I know they can get tricky but here is how a standard 5-1 rotation will look like but remember that there are multiple ways coaches can break this down all while abiding by the overlapping rules.
This rotation variation shows what “stacking to the left” looks like when your setter is in the front row in R4 & R6 so your hitters can get in position QUICKER!
