Maybe it seems a little extreme- but it really isn’t.
Strength training allows us to be present and able with our kids. To say yes to the fun activities and games. It keeps us strong as we age.
I’ve been there- too intimidated to track the macros. Maybe a little ashamed or embarrassed to let anyone (even myself) see what I was really eating. 🍽️
But then I tried and I realized that it was the greatest tool in my tool box if I wanted to lose fat and build muscle. It also took away the shame that I had around certain foods. I started to see tracking as a tool not a measure of my worth and now I am committed to helping others learn how!
