Our primary focus is on energy in Texas. We monitor legislation, advocate for energy production and private property rights, and educate the public, legislators, and mineral and royalty owners.

The Alliance is thrilled to report that Hunter Carr, VP of Carr Resources, has been elected as our new Board Chairman! A Tyler, Texas native, Carr brings more than a decade of experience spanning petroleum and geothermal geology, business development, and operations. His background integrating technical, financial, and operational disciplines equips him to address the complex regulatory and market challenges facing Texas producers (Lucky for us!).
We look forward to working with him during his two-year term! By the way, this makes two "cars" in leadership at the Alliance: Hunter Carr and Karr Ingham, our esteemed President!
