Hey y’all! I’m Ashlynn — ACE Certified Personal Trainer, former D1 softball player, and proud Texas girl.
I grew up in Pearland in a family where sports were basically our love language. I’m the oldest of three, and nothing makes my big-sister heart happier than watching my siblings chase the same dreams I did. My little sister is currently playing softball at Texas A&M (yes, I cry happy tears every season), and my brother is a baseball standout working his way toward his own collegiate journey. We’re a full Aggie family through and through — my dad’s an A&M alum, and my mom is a nurse with the biggest heart for helping others. I definitely get my “serve people well” gene from her.
After playing D1 softball and studying psychology at Texas A&M, I moved to Austin to coach and train the next generation of athletes — and eventually grew that passion into personal training. Helping women feel strong, confident, and capable is what drives me in this field.
These days I live in Austin with my two fur babies, Kinsley and Miley, who fully believe they run the house. When I’m not training clients, you’ll find me hanging with friends, camping, finding any excuse to be near water, or discovering good food and good music around the city. My guilty pleasure is a girls’ night out with sushi and an espresso martini (or two) 😋 Those simple, joy-filled moments remind me why balance matters.
I’m here to help women build strength, find balance, and feel proud of the body they’re in, one step at a time. Let’s build her! 🩷
