I entered and left the interview room today feeling so much joy and proud of who I have diligently worked to become. With or without a sash across my chest, I will continue showing up for myself and others and trying to make the world a better place, and while yes, being Miss America gives me that opportunity in a very special way, ALL of us can do that regardless 🤍
