🚨 Help us keep Pop from returning to kennel!
📍 Austin, TX
Pop has been in foster and is set to return on 3/20. He does wonderfully in a home but really, really struggles in a kennel. He spins and jumps and can’t sleep and is constantly drooling from stress (see last slide).
In a home, Pop is:
✅ fully house trained
✅ non-destructive when left alone
✅ playful, sweet, social, snuggly
✅ medium energy
✅ can live with large and/or small dogs
✅ can live with cats
✅ knows sit and down
✅ walks well on leash
✅ rides well in the car
Please DM or email us at [email protected] to meet him and take him home!

🚨 Fosters needed! 📍 Austin, TX
We are seeking fosters (or adopters) for the dogs featured in this post that are struggling the most with the canine pneumovirus restrictions.
Whitley is showing signs of depression, our once smiley, playful girl is shutting down.
Pop, sweet pop. He spins and spins in his kennel until it’s time for his short walk.
Dandelion has been pacing and jumping in his kennel, and once he is out he refuses to go back.
Walrus loves to be with his people and his time alone has created a fixation of licking the bars and walls of his kennel endlessly.
Volunteers are now allowed to get the dogs out, in limited areas, for short potty breaks each day. There simply isn’t enough time or space permitted right now to truly give these dogs what they need. It is hard for all the dogs to cope with short walks, scary gowns and gloves, no dog play group, and extended time in kennel. But Whitley, Pop, Dandelion, and Walrus are 4 dogs on our roster that we are seeing struggle the most during this and we would love to get them out. These restrictions will be in place at least another week, if not longer.
We want to thank everyone that has stepped up to foster, adopt, and donate already. The donations have been such a huge help in keeping our pups going through this tough time. If there’s one more thing you can do for us, it’s share this post. 🧡
