Controversial take: Women deserve better than being told their bloodwork is “normal” based on one test taken on once a year.

Female hormones fluctuate. Your cycle changes. Perimenopause changes the game even more.

One test is a snapshot.

Trends tell the story.

That’s why I’m using , monthly at home blood testing that makes it easier to follow your biomarkers over time and better understand your body.

More data. More context. Less guessing.

Your hormones aren’t static, so why are we testing them like they are?

One blood test gives you a snapshot. Consistent testing gives you trends.

For women, especially during perimenopause, understanding how hormones and metabolic markers change over time can give you a much clearer picture of what’s actually happening inside your body.

That’s why I’m excited about Rythm simple at home blood testing that makes tracking your biomarkers over time more accessible.

Less guessing. More data. Better conversations about your health.

Not all leg days require squatting or deadlifting.

Sometimes it looks like pushing a heavy sled across the gym.

Heavy sled pushes build:

🔥 Quads and glutes
🔥 Explosive power
🔥 Core strength
🔥 Conditioning
🔥 Mental grit

Less complexity. Serious output. Strong legs are built in more ways than one.

Save this for your next leg day. 🛷

Want to get rid of “bingo arms”? 👋

Here’s what actually matters:

You can’t spot reduce fat from the back of your arms. Losing body fat comes from your overall nutrition, energy balance, daily movement, and consistency.

But if you want your arms to look more defined, you also need something underneath the body fat to create that shape, MUSCLE.

Instead of doing endless tiny arm exercises, focus on getting stronger with movements like:

💪 Tricep dips, build the back of the arms
💪 Incline push ups, train your triceps, chest, and shoulders
💪 Bicep chin ups, build your biceps, back, and serious upper body strength

The formula is simple:

Nutrition helps reveal the muscle.

Strength training gives your arms shape.

Progressive overload builds the definition you’re looking for.

Don’t just try to make your arms smaller.

Build them stronger. 🔥

Save this and add these 3 movements to your next upper body workout.
