One of my favorite parts of being a coach is organizing the Dania Triathlon! And don’t let the name fool you .... we have a run that is tough ...it’s our own version of the energy Lab of Miami it is hot and very demanding! Thank you for all the friends who come and make this such an amazing event!

Tomorrow we start this adorable class for the little ones .. register directly at the Jcc 4:00pm 2-3 year old and 4:45pm 4-5year olds ... come and try it !!!

Great fun today. Save the date next one SEP 16 2017. The heat it's something else but If you can push through the uncomfortable feeling then you will push your limits and you will improve.
