Jason here. I’ve been part of Indiana darts for too many years to count. Our communities have supported countless benefits for people in times of need. These tournaments are not organized by the best players, they arranged and supported by our best people. For that work, they are rarely recognized, but they are supported by all of us. Well done Indiana.
Yesterday one of ours, Trevor, competed, and made it to the final of the top players in North America. Fell in a little short in the end, but maybe being the second best soft tip player in North America isn’t so bad. Regardless, he’s “one of ours,” and that’s pretty cool.
Another “one of ours” enters the stage at the Continental Cup next month. Tim Neal will be competing against the best steel players in North America November 5-8th.
Today we will run a live stream at approximately 2pm, it will be a practice session for Tim. We have players coming to the Castle from around the state to play him, and hopefully push his talents a little. We will have a live interview with Tim talking about his journey through the CDC, and his upcoming trip to the Continental Cup.
Let’s celebrate them all. The ones that organize, prioritize, and facilitate the benefits, the players, good and not so good that participate, and ones that take their shot at being the best. Support them all, it is with great pride that we can say, “one of ours.”
Hope to see you all around 2pm today. If you wish to donate to Tim, to help make his journey just a little bit easier please donate to PayPal .
Thank you.
