As we roll into year three—heading into year four—with this organization, I want to keep things completely real with our families.
There are bigger, well-established organizations out there that have widely recognized names, fancy facilities, and endless resources. We are still growing, and we know who we are. We are not an organization that is going to fill your head with empty promises. We will never promise to get your child a college scholarship, and we are not going to promise you the world just to get you to play for us. We do our best to stay away from drama and negativity. We aren't perfect, and we never will be.
But I can tell you this with complete confidence: there is no other organization out there with a coaching staff and crew that cares about these athletes the way this one does. I am blessed to be surrounded by an amazing team of dedicated people, and I am deeply grateful for every single one of them.
Again, we will not make you 999 promises. What we will do is give everything we have to prepare your player for the next level, teach them the right way, and make sure this is a positive, transformative experience for them. We might not be everybody's cup of tea, and people may talk or hold their opinions. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, but at the end of the day, we know where our heart is, what our mission is, and who we are building this for.

Over the course of the years, we have completely lost sight of what a scrimmage is actually for. A scrimmage is a dedicated tool for teaching, learning, and evaluating growth—not a platform for recording wins and losses. Somewhere along the way, the culture shifted toward counting these exhibition sessions as official victories or bragging about who "won" them.
A scrimmage should be a safe space to test new schemes, make mistakes, and instruct players in real-time without the pressure of an official record. We need to reset our perspective and return to using scrimmages for their true purpose: development over outcome.
To be clear, this is simply a observation on the general culture of sports today. It is not directed at any specific individual, coach, player, or team. This is my opinion, and mine alone. If you disagree, that is completely fine—I am not here to convince everyone, but I am standing by what I believe is best for athlete development.
