Stage 3 of the Baker City Cycling Classic brings the action straight into historic downtown Baker City with a six-corner criterium built for speed.

There’s something special about ending a hard day of racing by sitting down together over a good meal.

After Stage 1 of the Baker City Cycling Classic, join us Friday night at the Churchill School Art, Music, Recreation-Baker City, OR for our spaghetti feed, followed by podium presentations and stage prizes.

This is a great chance to swap stories from the road, reconnect with friends, and settle into the rhythm of race weekend in Baker City.

Stage 4 is not only the final stage of the Baker City Cycling Classic ... it’s the test piece.

The legendary Dooley Mountain Road Race returns for 2026 with an epic 101-mile point-to-point course and a summit finish high above Baker City near Forest Service Road 11.

This is a true European-style road race where every rider who reaches the top of Dooley proves they can handle pro-level terrain, long miles, and one final climb to close out the weekend.

Stage 4 is where the Baker City Cycling Classic earns its reputation.

For a woman stepping into road stage racing for the first time — or showing up to a race weekend without a team around her — the logistics alone can be daunting enough to keep her home. No kit, no carpool, no one to talk through the course with the night before, and no familiar faces at the start line.

Team BELLA exists to change that.

Team BELLA Returns to Baker City Cycling Classic, Opening Doors for Women's Road Racing - Cycling West - Cycling Utah A grassroots initiative backed by local support gives emerging women racers a team, a kit, and a seat at the starting line of the Baker City Cycling Classic.

Before the race weekend officially begins, the Baker City Cycling Classic community starts gathering at The Trailhead Bike & Ski Shop.

Racers, friends, last-minute gear checks, nervous excitement, course talk, cookie-fueled conversations … it all starts here.

If you’re racing BCCC this year, make plans to swing by, grab your packet, check in, and soak in the atmosphere before the weekend gets rolling.

Team BELLA is back for the 2026 Baker City Cycling Classic.

And once again, it’s creating space for more women to experience stage racing in Eastern Oregon.

If you’re a newer or upcoming women racer without a team for Baker City, this is for you.

If you’re the only woman from your local team making the trip and want a supportive group to race alongside, this is for you, too.

Only 8 spots are available this year, and they’ll be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
