Valencia Hamilton is the Founder and CEO of Alleviate Athletic Training Services. She is a certified athletic trainer with over three years of experience at the collegiate level.

"I have had a love for sports since early childhood. As a high school and college athlete, I have an appreciation for the grueling hard work and the commitment it takes to excel in a sport. Likewise, I have always had an innate desire to help and support others. Athletic training combines these two foundational passions. As an athletic trainer, I am on the sidelines assisting college athletes with injury prevention, management, and recovery.

Thanks to my family and friends, these two passions have continued to intertwine and evolve. As I fielded calls about sprained knees and strained backs, I realized that I could use my athletic training skills to support active individuals while lessening pain and discomfort. Not long after Alleviate Athletic Training Services was born!

Alleviate Athletic Training Services focuses on fostering physical stability. Whether you are a marathon runner or daily jogger, pro-baller, or pick-up game MVP, you are pushing your body to new limits to see what it is capable of. Alleviate works with the everyday athlete to create a custom treatment plan that fosters recovery and optimizes performance."
