5 Things I wish I knew when I first started my fitness journey⬇️
1. You do not need to do a million different exercises to see results.
2. 1200 calories is not meant for 98% of adults
3. Lifting heavy weights does not make you bulky
4. Rest days are just as important
5. Fat burners don't burn fat

To see changes you have to make changes💯
Get out of your comfort zone & push yourself bc that's where great things happen.
Intimidated to go to the gym? Start with showing up first.🏃🏽♀️
🥦Don't like vegetables? Start adding in 1 serving of veggies a day.
💪🏽Scared to try out a machine? Ask someone for help, look it up or have a trainer guide you through the movement.
Too many times we overwhelm ourselves with trying to change everything overnight. You don't have to do that and most times it's the small steps you take forward that turn into big ones in the long run.
Create small habits and see how life changing that is. Want to but don't know where to start?⬇️
