Zenith Training is a local personal training service run by Thomas Lynch, NSCA certified personal trainer. Thomas has had experience training all sorts of people with various goals from improving high school athletic performance, to 70 year old men and women working through injuries.
We are able to train clients either at his/her house or in a local park. We will bring any equipment needed for that day’s workout and offer off-day workouts as well.
Finally, our mission is to aid people on their wellness journey. Our training programs are designed to prepare people to workout efficiently on their own to avoid a long-term dependency for training.
