If you got something extra on your check today it is a STRS credit. This happens when you do extra tutoring, PD, etc. STRS only lets you pay a maximum amount each year and they return the extra back to you. 👍💰😁

Let’s wear red because we know how hard they work. It takes a very very long time and many many things have to happen before a strike happens. This was no easy decision and it is absolutely the last opportunity for these teachers to be heard. Let’s hold them, their families and their precious students in our hearts and prayers and hope for a quick and favorable end to this.

It's not a raise!

Some of you may have noticed a boost to your check this month..🎉🎁 it is not a raise.It is you annual STRS refund! As STRS takes money out during the year they calculate and find they have taken too much and adjust...so this is your STRS refund. It usually hits on your October or November check. So enjoy the refund! 😎
