And that’s a wrap to the 2026 6-Week Transformation Challenge!
Congrats to Jordan Root for taking 1st overall and the $1000 grand prize.
Shout out to Coach Dane for having a Team Turbo clean sweep of the podium this year. He dialed you guys in!
Also congratulations to Team Titan for taking the overall team championship . In reality, everyone won in these past 6 weeks from the coaches to everyone who participated. We collectively lost over 150lbs of body fat in 6 weeks!
We’re super proud of each and every participant for sticking to their word and challenging themselves each week to be better and push themselves out of their comfort zone.
A lot of love in the room last night, we’re extremely grateful for every one of our members who make this place what it is. Thank you for supporting each other along the way and having a blast doing it.
We love our GH family!!!

What’s your plan this summer for your athlete?
You will look back on the next 8-10 weeks of summer and say your athlete finally broke through and showed up this fall a different athlete OR you can look back at this time not spent in the gym and hope for the best.
Hope is not a plan.
The GH summer training block starts Monday 6/1. Are you in?!

Member Spotlight: Ryann Kelly
We’re super proud of our girl Ryann for completing her 28 day challenge and getting some insane results.
In four weeks she bumped up her muscle mass by 2 lbs! While dropping 3.4% body fat!
This girl stayed consistent, made the right adjustments to her nutrition and pushed hard when it got challenging. All of us coaches have at GH love Ryann’s attitude and energy everyday she shows up and we can’t wait to see how far she will go!

It’s important for men to have a Wolfpack to grind with, strain with and grow with. The men of our program lift each other up, push each other and set the standard of what’s possible when you keep showing up. Clock in and do the work.

Week #5 Transformers of the week!
First of from@Team@Titan, Rita! She hasn’t missed one session, a weekly challenge or a weekly habit this entire 6 week challenge. When she sets her mind to something she is going to do it. We’re so proud of her continued success and energy motivating other team members during sessions these past 6 weeks. She is always looking for ways to improve herself in and outside of the gym. Great job Rita!
Next up from Team Turbo, Michael has been putting in serious work these last 5 weeks and the progress has been awesome to watch.
He’s gotten noticeably stronger, improved his mobility, and continues to show up consistently while still getting after long runs outside the gym on his own time.
Proud of you, Michael. Keep crushing it 👊
