December 2019 I stepped on the scale in my doctors office and it read 198lbs (first pic). I was disgusted and decided it was time for a change. I began working out but not consistently, and I failed to change my eating poor habits. In March after the pandemic hit I was stuck in the house with nothing to do but workout. I managed to get my weight down to about 183lbs (2nd pic in the black shorts). In August, I decided to take the next step in my fitness journey and joined Harper’s 30 day body transformation challenge. The workouts were intense, but Harper remained supportive and motivating throughout the competition. The participants were at various fitness levels, and Harper ensured that we each completed the workouts at the level he knew we were capable of. We made it through to the end together. Each of us surpassed our own personal goals we set for ourselves, making us all winners. I managed to lose about 10lbs and dropped 2 dress sizes (3rd pic comparison in black shorts). In December I joined another one of Harper’s 30 day challenges. I didn’t think my body was changing much throughout the course of this challenge. I still remained committed, ate right and worked hard. I felt great physically. At the end when I saw the comparison photos I was in disbelief (4th pic). Like..... is this really me?? Is that where I was 30 days ago? WOW!!! Working with Harper you will definitely accomplish your fitness goals, and see results you never could imagine. Don’t take my word for it. Try him out..... you will not be disappointed.
Thank you Daniel Harper for a wonderful experience. It was so challenging and at times I wanted to say forget it, but I kept going and pushing harder because you were an inspiration. I never thought I could do one push-up or 400 jumping jacks, but now I am a warrior. We had a girls group via zoom and we kept up with our workouts because it was very detailed, easy to follow, and even included demos to guide us through. The meal plan had so many options and easy to follow. Thank you. I plan on continuing my journey!
