WHY FITNESS? Well….by default I grew up as a Tomboy, and was known best for jumping out of trees, camping, boogie boarding, dodge-ball, break-dancing, camo's & sweats, Yeah that's ALL ME! By the age of 6, I was involved in tons of sports gymnastics, soccer, basketball, & of course softball everything from recreation teams, high school to travel leagues. I have always LOVED sports and competition, so I took that passion and made it a career.
