Sunday Morning "Linebacker WOD" Position 2 cones 10 yds laterally apart & one cone 20 yds deep between the two forming a triangle. W/ a tire in the center of the triangle. Starting at the Left cone staying low shuffle to the right cone as if shadowing a RB down the line of scrimmage. Next lateral bear crawl back to the left come then drop back 20 yds as if in coverage around the 3rd cone.
