Rotunda- Now Enrolling Female Athletes | Program Begins 1/23/23
Learn the basics of movement and weightlifting to get stronger, move better, be healthier and have more confidence in the gym.
Barbell and Beyond is a full-body, women's specific weightlifting program that will help you execute and linearly progress barbell lifts, including the squat, bench, deadlift, and row, as well as other free-weight exercises.
This program is recommended for beginner through intermediate female weightlifters with no existing injuries or limitations that would prevent them from engaging in a comprehensive exercise program.
Get the most out your weight lifting program while finding a community of support by training 2x per week for 8-weeks with other female lifters.
