Rotunda- Now Enrolling Female Athletes | Program Begins 1/23/23

Learn the basics of movement and weightlifting to get stronger, move better, be healthier and have more confidence in the gym.

Barbell and Beyond is a full-body, women's specific weightlifting program that will help you execute and linearly progress barbell lifts, including the squat, bench, deadlift, and row, as well as other free-weight exercises.

This program is recommended for beginner through intermediate female weightlifters with no existing injuries or limitations that would prevent them from engaging in a comprehensive exercise program.

Get the most out your weight lifting program while finding a community of support by training 2x per week for 8-weeks with other female lifters.

Padonia- Back by popular demand! Inspired by the Tour de France, this July, take any 12 instructor-led cycle classes at Brick Bodies Padonia and claim your free Tour de SHIFT t-shirt!

You can expect to learn simple combinations and movements alongside speed and footwork drills. How it started vs. How it finished 😍

Padonia- Thai bodywork, or Thai massage, is the ancient healing practice of fusing acupressure and yoga to heal and soothe the body. The combination of stretching, movement, and pressure distinguishes Thai bodywork from other styles. Another trait unique to Thai bodywork, is that it is typically performed on the floor or a Thai mat- this allows the practitioner more leverage when going through mobility sequences. The recipient is fully clothed throughout the session.

Rotunda- Kettlekamp combines functional, compound kettlebell exercises for a total body workout based on your fitness level. All exercises are chosen specifically to work multiple muscle groups, developing strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, and cardiovascular conditioning.
