March in place for quick cardio until your body is warm, legs are loosened, and heart is pumping. Roll down and walk out to your plank (small bend in the elbows so they're not locked, straight spine, abs tight, no arch in the back). Hold your plank for 30 seconds, increase by 30 second intervals as your core strengthens!
Work it out on Wednesdays and every day! Summer abs coming to a body near you!

Work-it-out Wednesday! Combine your walk-mile-walk cardio with your 50 crunches center/left/right! You'll feel amazing after this quick, but significant work out. Look back at previous WOW posts for proper technique on running and sit-ups.

Start with 50 crunches at center. Practice the correct technique; heels in line with sits bones, core fully engaged so no jerking up, keep eyes focused diagonally up at ceiling instead of out past knees so neck doesn't hold tension.
