The kettlebell swing is one of the most common and basic of kettlebell lifts that can be used to create full body strength, power, and conditioning. Setting up for a properly executed swing can be taught in three easy steps.โฃ

The Kip swings are a sequence of hollow and arch positions. โฃ

A key point is to make sure you're focused on equal weight distribution underneath the bar. This means as you move into your hollow position, your chest needs to be behind the bar while your legs are front of the bar, making sure your weight is nice and balanced.
