Happy New Year! ๐Ÿฅณ I can still say thatโ€ฆitโ€™s only February ๐Ÿ˜œ I havenโ€™t posted on this platform in a while, but Iโ€™ve still been here living MY healthiest life and coaching others to do the same! Hereโ€™s a quick recap of the last few months!

Happy Global Running Day!!
For me, running serves three primary purposes:
1. A mental & physical outlet - a period of solitude, and self -care in a hectic day. I talk to G-d, myself, jam out, cry, and solve a myriad of problems while running ๐Ÿ˜œ
2. As a mom of 5, itโ€™s a great low-cost way for me to physically stay in shape and feel good in my clothes ๐Ÿ˜. It requires minimal equipment and I can do it almost anywhere I am! ๐Ÿ˜Ž
3. A way to complete the recommended amount of daily steps! I logged 4 miles of running this morning and over 20K steps throughout the day ๐Ÿคฉ
