BALTIMORE. VA. D.C. DE. The National Kidney Foundation needs YOU! Close to 4,000 people in Maryland alone are waiting for a lifesaving kidney transplant. NKF helps those with Renal disease so please help them do this important work:

1. Join our 5th. Annual Fitness Extravaganza to raise money for the NKF. April 22 from 10:30-12:30 Lifebridge Health Centre

2. Join Team ZUMBA at the Greater Baltimore Kidney Walk on Sunday April 30

Directions to Tsunami Martial Arts Academy! Take Exit 17 off 695, Security Blvd, and make a right at Belmont Ave (first right at the light). Go down past Burger King on the left and Best Buy and McDonald's on your right. You will also pass some storage units on your left. About a half mile down the road, make a left at the first inlet. The address will be on a suite facing the street. After you make that left into the inlet, drive almost down to the end. Suite H will be on your left with a big Zumba banner in the window! Hope to see you there!!

Sooooo...I would have bet my last penny that this flyer had been posted MONTHS ago, BUT...! I am hoping that, even with the late notice, that people will be able to come out on Saturday April 11 from 8-10 pm and show some love for a worthy cause. The Baltimore Chapter of the National Kidney Foundation is hosting their annual walk and our event is a fundraising effort to benefit the organization.

Alright Zumba family! The time has come!!! This is our second year representing as Team Zumba at the Greater Baltimore Kidney Walk...and we need YOU!!! Many of you know my personal stiry and my battle with kidney disease. Stand with me and show Baltimore how this Zumba family does it. I plan on getting team tees printed so please respond and register for the walk so I have a count. This will be the biggest and best year ever.

Wanted experienced Zin to teach 55 minute Zumba classes to adults and teens
in Baltimore area recreations centers. Standing rate is $50.00 per class. Must be available to teach Thursday,Wednesday, and one other day of the week between 6:15 - 7:45 pm.
Instructors also needed for Aqua Zumba.
Centers open at 6. Pm and close at 8 pm. Some flexibility in start time
