It's Official: Yoga Helps Depression

Beat the winter blues with even MORE yoga at Sanctuary. Lindsay Lusignea's Vinyasa class on Wednesday nights is now 75 minutes instead of 60. A few extra strengthening poses, a longer deep stretch, and some extra time in savasana. Happy happy! It may even help people who haven't responded to drugs.
