Did you hear?! The Loyola Hounds beat the Maryland Terps last night, 8-3! Player of the game was sophomore #81 Emma!

We are 4-1 so far this season.

Ugh, remember last year when we thought there would be hockey in the fall 😢 The Hounds are missing everything about this, but looking forward to picking right back up where left off... as soon as we are able to do so. In the meantime, everyone stay healthy! 💚

‪The playoffs dust is still settling, but the 2019-20 third place 🥉 Loyola University Maryland hockey hounds want to thank all of our families, friends, scorekeepers and all around top notch fans for supporting us in our 6th season. We won the most games in program history and scored more goals than ever too! See you in the fall to level up again! ‬

Tonight we celebrated #24 Hannah McKenzie’s senior night with a 7-4 win over West Chester!! And our star of the night couldn’t let the game end without scoring on a breakaway with .8 seconds remaining! Huge thanks to Hannah for her dedication to this team the past 4 years, we will miss you!! Now, onto playoffs! Loyola heads to Delaware next weekend for the DVCHC playoffs and will play in the D2 semi finals on Saturday (first time ever this program has earned a bye for the playoffs). Roll Hounds!

Solid showing from the hounds last night! 10-0 final against George Washington University. Chicko with a hatty, O’Connor with a shutout, and Sullivan scooped the post game team belt.

And funny story, Pardo’s cage came right off her helmet on the ice (guess that’s what happens when you play with a screw missing 🤷🏼‍♀️)
