I cried…

I’m a Mom of a racer.

As an adult trying to coach a child, I get frustrated but want the best for him.
I want him to learn. I want him to be respected.

But KBs death stopped me in my tracks.

Where would we go if Ethan's Dad was gone? Would he want to continue? How strong would he be?

I could not imagine giving Ethan the opportunity to race without Derek. Derek is the backbone of our team.

I guess my point is that raising young boys and girls in racing makes strong individuals.

What Brexton showed all of us was strength. Courage. Love. Respect. Built through years of racing and discipline. What we are all building is strong individuals.

Shout out to all the strong dads raising drivers. Shout out to all the strong moms raising drivers and doing all the extras. Shout out to all the racers being older than they need to be 🫶🏼

My thoughts are with Samantha for losing her love. My thoughts are with Brexton for loosing his best friend. My thoughts are with Lennix who lost her first love her Daddy. Race in peace Kyle.

Today we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who served and sacrificed for our country. 🇺🇸
