☆☆☆ The Outlaws Final Bandolero Laps As We Know It ☆☆☆

Huge thank you to Chris Bires for helping us get to Tomah Sparta Speedway for Ethans last race.

We had done a few things to the car in the last week trying to find more speed. We did find a brake that was dragging some & a bent gear. Took care of those things and a few others.

Unfortunately Tomah Sparta Speedway results dont stay on any of the apps so I cant get more info then what I have written down from the night.

Unloaded car and adjusted air pressures from Dells and he went to work on the first practice. He ran a 17.995 right out the trailer. That put him 3rd fastest with Christopher Flynn running 17.380 and that has us -0.615 off the fastest time.

Practice #2 did a air pressure adjustment and stayed 3rd fastest with a 17.817 and gained 0.025 on Flynns time of 17.227 with us now -0.59 off his time. Yes, 0.025 dont seem like much but when you gain on anyone running in the top spots for championships that's a win. Especially when you are down on power and they got the best of the best!

Qualifying went good. Did some more adjustments and it helped again. Got a 17.718 to put The Outlaw in P3 to start the feature. Flynn got the pole with fast time of 17.282 only 0.436 faster then us. That means we picked up 0.179 on Flynn from unloading to Qualifying.

First Feature they did a full invert. Ethan started P5. He took it 3 wide to take the lead right away on the first lap. He knew the cars behind him was faster but hope to put as much ground as he could & get cars between them and him. Its wasn't long before Hunter Gram & Flynn caught Ethan and got around him. He held on to P3 and watch those 2 battle it out wait fir one or both to slip up. His fastest lap was 17.989 with Flynn taking the fastest lap at 17.096. Leaving us wondering 🤔 at -0.893 off Flynns fastest time.

Started P5 Finished P3 made Ethan happy!

Second Feature Unfortunately after tech, we where to excited for Ethan and tried to get up to the stands before fans started heading out. We didn't get specifics wrote down. He did start P5 again. He didn't get as good of a start as he did in the first feature. He ran a hard race and got up to P3 quickly. Unfortunately Hunter was pushing so hard. Trying to catch Flynn and get by him for P1. Out of turn 4 he lost it and spun out. He didn't hit anything but brought out the caution. Hunter had to restart in the rear with 4 laps to go. Ethan was right on Flynns bumper on the restart but his old red tin motor is no match for these updated black tin motors. He couldn't keep up with Flynn and Hunter was coming up through the field FAST! Ethan was watching every move that Flynn was taking. He seen him sideways a few times in the corner. Just waiting for him to slide just a little to much. Flynn took the win but Ethan held on to P2 for the last race at Tomah Sparta Speedway in a Bandolero.

We had got a message before going into Fridays race that said Ethan was sitting in 8th place fir championship points. If we have it figured right with his P3, P2, & qualifying 3rd he should move up to 6th place for championship points out of 24 drivers. P6 and missing half the races there isn't to bad for his final Bandolero year.

There will still be updates and more post coming even throughout this off season.

Thank you to everyone that took time out of there lives to come to the tracks this year to watch & support Ethan Jensen.
