Dr Ashley Woyak from Forward Natural Medicine came to educate the Pulse staff today about wellness treatments and medication such as GLP-1, peptides, PRP, blood panels and hormone support. There is so much out there it is a huge asset to have someone very knowledgeable and on the front lines to inform us so we can stay on the front edge of all things wellness. Our goal has always been to educate our members and clients so they have choices when it comes to their health. Pulse staff also all got IV’s and are feeling great and ready to get back after it!

πŸ‘‰ High intensity/athletes: 1–2 full rest + 1 active recovery
