We are excited to announce Kelly Wood to our boys basketball staff. Kelly brings years of experience and will be a tremendous amount of knowledge to our program. Coach Wood started his high school coaching career at Nelson County High school and coached baseball, boys basketball, and girls basketball. Welcome home Coach!
Last night the Cards fell short against Washington Co last night, making it our final game of the season. I know we all are incredibly proud of our boys, and especially to our three seniors. We would like to thank everyone who dedicated their time, donations, and support throughout the season.
UPDATE FROM LAST NIGHT:
After being down majority of the game our Cards were able to pull it out in the 4th.
The Cards play tomorrow at 6 against Washington County. Remember all district games are being held at Washington County High.
GAME DAY:
District Tournament Game! All district tournaments game are being held at Washington County. We play Thomas Nelson at 6, winner of this game will advance to play Washington Co. on Wednesday. Come and support your cards tonight!
FINAL SCORE: 56-42
Great way to close out the last home game and last game of the regular season with a win. Cards started strong and ended strong. As a team we had 15 assists on 21 made baskets.
