It’s Leo season! Let’s tune into the energy of this radiant sign as we gently invite the sun into our Yoga Flow practice and engage with heart openers and expressive movements that expand our inner fire outwards.

The marigold floating cloud at the yurt is the perfect ambiance for this practice. Let’s breathe, move mindfully, and rest in community as we step into the month of August.

Join Devanna Sira on the weekend of Lughnasa for a session of Invoking Intuition: Four Gateways to Oracular Perception as we explore the practice of Augury!

What does it mean to invoke your intuition? This class is a four-part journey into divination as a practice of sacred perception, moving from structured tools to direct intuitive reception. Each class builds on the last, cultivating skill and confidence, while also standing alone as a complete, accessible practice. You do not have to attend all four to participate — drop in as you are able!

This session focuses on Augury and Reading the Signs in Nature. We’ll attune to the language of the natural world and let omens reveal themselves — learning to interpret birds, weather, animals, and natural phenomena as living messages moving through the world around us.

Being on the land of Fogwood Gardens for this gathering will be extra special as we’ll get to wander outdoors and engage with this practice.

I love cacao.

Maybe you didn’t know that about me, but it’s true! I’ve been working with cacao for about six years, and it’s a beverage that is so near and dear to my heart, mind, and body.

Sometimes I just crave the taste, other times I engage with it more as an intentional practice, and sometimes I like to nerd out on its fascinating history. We’re going to explore all of this next week at our Cacao Circle!

I can’t think of a better way to spend a summer Sunday morning than by coming together on a beautiful flower farm to enjoy a heart-opening cacao beverage, engage in a guided five-senses meditation, and take time to share from our experiences.

This circle is part of our Coven Conversations series, which puts a special emphasis on MAGIC and COMMUNITY. But please know that no experience is necessary and all are welcome in the circle.

I love that Bath Dance Works is home to our weekly Yin Yoga class, Awaken into Spring: A Yin Yoga Series!!

I have curated Yin Yoga poses, pranayama (breath work), and meditation to help us emerge from the hibernation of winter and embrace the warmth and fresh life of the spring season. We focus on a different element each week as we move from the more passive and receptive elements to the most active and energized, reflecting the shifting energy of the late winter into early spring season.

This week, we'll focus on the element of Metal, associated with the Lung and Large Intestine meridians. Metal invites us to connect with clarity, refinement, and letting go.

This series is open to drop ins for those who just want to try out an individual class and can't commit to the full six weeks. All levels of experience are welcome.
