Want to challenge the whole kinetic chain? Walking overhead lunges will build unilateral strength, pelvic stability, core stability and overhead stability all in one go. Be sure to be adding challenging full kinetic chain movements to your programming to build a healthier moving and harder throwing athlete.

@tommy.leonzi went 78-91 mph using the free content we put out! I love when I hear stories like this. It means our free content is better than most people’s paid content. You love to see it. Great story of overcoming an arm injury, persevering while everyone doubted him and making it happen. He is 5’9” 155 lbs with a 35 inch vertical jump, 9’8” broad jump, 6.87 sec 60 yd dash and 315 LB backsquat. Way to go kid!

We have a new 12u leader!

Motion capture pitching mechanics to see exactly where you need to improve in your kinetic chain. Biomechanics assessments are key to learn where you need to improve in your pitching mechanics. Pair this with our 16 week training program, nutrition plans, mobility/movement training and biomechanics drills to add velocity to your fastball and also reduce the risk of injury!

Steven Guadagni

We are officially back open on May 16th! We still have a few spots remaining for short term and long term training camps here in Baton Rouge. We are limiting it to 10 total clients to ensure that we can provide enough attention to each athlete. If you want to take your game to the next level get down and train with us! Link is in bio. If you have any questions please DM me or give me a call (my number is on website).

Louisiana sees coronavirus curve start to flatten

Thank goodness it’s getting better!

washingtontimes.com The Louisiana death toll from the coronavirus pandemic rose Sunday but the rate of infection appeared to have slowed dramatically, according to figures released by the Louisiana Department of Health.

Here’s some minimal equipment exercises y’all can incorporate if you can’t get to a gym due to the quarantine. You get some hip exercises, core, upper and lower body strength exercises and plyos for speed/power.

Understanding how the back leg drive influences the kinetic chain, contributes to velocity and reduces the risk of injury needs to be covered much more in depth. There are still many coaches who don’t believe in teaching the back leg drive in baseball and, in my humble opinion, that is a huge mistake. The back leg drive is one of the most important components in the pitching delivery and it is severely undercoached. Watch the full YouTube video on how the back leg drive increases pitching velocity and reduces the risk of injury. Check it out! Link is in my profile.

With the new recommendations and guidelines posted by the Governor and the CDC, we are canceling all groups and private lessons. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but we believe it to be in the best interest of our community. We pray that everyone stays safe and healthy during this time! Hopefully we’ll see you all soon!

Attention!!! We’ve only got 4 slots left! We’re following the CDC recommendation and staying below 10 total people in the building. If you want to join please let us know ASAP! Things are being moved to begin Monday March, 23.

We want all of our loyal clients and customers to know we have disinfected the entire building. It was a very long and painstaking process but we are happy to go to the ends of the earth for you all. We ask that you please help us keep things sanitary by canceling lessons if you’re not feeling well. Everyone will be asked to wash their hands and use sanitizer as soon as they enter the building. Thank you very much for your loyalty!

@trejeanpierre hitting 90! @frazierhallbb and coach Josh Foster did a great job building this beast. If you want to take your game to the next level, get down to Baton Rouge and train with us. You will receive monthly evaluations on your biomechanics, mobility and athleticism and weekly individualized training programs through our app. This ensures that we can measure and assess progress. Long term training Summer spots are already filling up. If you’re ready to work, we will make it count.

90!!! @trejeanpierre has been working so hard during this Christmas break to gain velocity and perfect his craft! His lower half strength and explosiveness are stupid good! He has a lot more velocity left to gain as he gets better at sequencing and staying linear! Hard work pays off!

#hallball #hardworkpaysoff #grinder #topvelo #neversettle

The most important thing for young pitchers to learn is proper sequencing. Learning how to move first and then building power into those movements as they get bigger and stronger. Here Joaquin is starting with the lower half and allowing his body to move in the right sequence instead of forcing any action at the top. Improper sequencing can cause injuries! Learn how to move!

Repost:
Huge announcement guys I’m moving down to Baton Rouge, LA and will be operating out of @frazierhallbb. Frazier shares the same baseball training philosophies as me and is brilliant when it comes to understanding and enhancing the kinetic chain for hitters. He also played Minor League Baseball for a number of years. Couldn’t be more excited to team up with him. Initially, we will only be taking a limited number of long term trainees. If you are interested in coming down for long term training you can learn more about what is included at my website 5toolsportsscience.org or you can reach out to me and we can schedule a phone call.

Welcome to the club dude. Your hard work is paying off. 😄

It takes tremendous bravery and courage to do what these kids do, day in and day out. Not many people can fathom what some of these kids have been through. It was a true honor to host and work with these kids for just one day. After battling through all kinds of cancer treatments it was incredible to see the joy on these kids faces just because they were playing baseball. These kids were so inspiring, and we will not soon forget this day! @ Frazier Hall Baseball

Congrats to our very own Payton Russell on continuing his career at Mississippi College! We are honored to train with one of the hardest workers in the game! Very proud of you man!

Way too many young pitchers are getting injured and having surgeries! Learn the mechanics to prevent it! Most pitchers can tell us power comes from the legs, but they can’t give us a detailed description of how to use them. Neither can most youth coaches. The offseason is the time to make these big adjustments. Come join us and learn the biomechanics behind pitching!

Tryouts for the 2020 13u Baton Rouge Captains will be held on July 9th & 11th at 6:30pm at the Frazier Hall Baseball facility! If you are unable to attend either date and would like to schedule a tryout on a later date, that option will be available as well. You can DM us for more information. Hope to see you there! Go Captains!!

🚨Reminder!! 🚨
Last camp of June is this coming week! Be sure to sign up before all of the spots are taken! We will cover all aspects of the game as well as have current college athletes there to work with the kids!! #hallball #fundamentals #ballislife #hardworkpaysoff #perfectyourcraft #slowfeetdonteat
