Excellence Saves Lives SELA Aquatics offers a variety of training and certification sessions throughout the year.
Concentrated in the summer, these sessions range from lifeguard certification to CPR training to rescue procedure and beyond. SELA furthermore offers pools and clubs an array of management services that include lifeguard management, in-services and audits, and learn to swim programs.

Throwback to a few weeks ago when our 11 open water students were completing their pool sessions! All of them are also lifeguards with SELA, and all of them successfully completed their NAUI Open Water SCUBA certification on our trip to Cayman Brac! Congrats to them!

We’re back from Cayman Brac! We had a fantastic SELA Employee of the Year trip. Highlights were a hammerhead shark, sea turtles, a wreck dive, and lots of other marine life! Topside, we visited caves, the bluffs, and a local artist’s house, plus karaoke, trivia night, crab races, beach volleyball, and more. An unforgettable trip! Congrats to our lifeguards who were selected for this trip!

SELA SCUBA has just returned from an amazing dive trip in Fiji! Our divers experienced so much amazing marine life and beautiful reefs. We also had an exciting hike to the tallest waterfall in Fiji and got to experience local culture. A truly unforgettable trip!

Divers with SELA SCUBA are having an amazing week in Fiji! Pristine reefs, walls of fish, macro creatures, sharks, and more have been the highlights of the dives. We’ve enjoyed traditional kava ceremonies and performances, and today we’re going to visit a local village and hike to a waterfall. It’s been an unforgettable week in paradise!
