Russell Jones Jr Record Kickboxing: 95-5, 77 Ko's Boxing: 3-1 MMA: 1-1 Skills training/disciplines at Russell Jones Gym include Kickboxing, Boxing, MMA, Muay Thai, Body Shaping/ weight loss, Dietary Consultation. and full body help for those looking to imrpove their overall well being. Fighters looking to compete and fight are exposed to full combat training, and frequent local MMA shows/competitions. Some notable visitors who have trained at Russell Jones gym include world champion boxer Miguel Cotto, ESPN 2 Friday Night Fights king Emanuel Augustus, actor Cuba Gooding Jr., and Director Peter Berg. Notable Former Students who went on to excel in MMA: Jimmy Terrel - WEC Lightweight Champion. King of the Cage veteran Patrick Barry - Won a nation Sanshou Title with Russell, then went on to win a World Sanshou Title. Pat "HD" Barry went on to fight in the K1, and is currently in the UFC.
