Today isn’t about work.
It’s about driving to Alabama to pick up two little boys I haven’t seen in two weeks.
A few years ago I probably would’ve spent this drive answering emails or thinking about everything waiting for me this week.
Today feels different.
I’m learning that life doesn’t happen after the next project, the next goal or the next milestone.
It’s happening right now.
Today, I’m choosing to be exactly where my feet are.
Now excuse me while I go squeeze two little boys I’ve missed like crazy. ❤️
